New Contest - Rules:
Everybody must create one new creature image.
A. Permited Things:
1. Using parts of only permited for the round creatures
2. Recoloring of the creatures or parts of them
3. Resizing the original image/part of it
B. Forbidden Things:
1. Adding resourses from not allowed in the round creatures, other games, softwares and programs
2. Creating your own creature graphics
3. Posting more than one creature
New Scoring List:
+1 for Original idea
+1 for Smooth connection lines
+1 for Ballanced Colors
+1 for Basic animation (Only attack, block, suffer damage, walk, on hover or die animation)
+1 for Smooth animation
+7 for Full animation
+1 for External bonuses
Round 1
Use the Naga/Naga Queen, Medusa/Medusa Queen and Water Elemental/Ice Elemental to create a new random creature.

in this round we have 2 similar creatures and we don't have much much freedom to use our imagination. i mean how many ideas for creatures can u create with these 2 creatures.

What is a participant doesn't know the HoMM story? he won't compete just for that story? you must let some freedom in this contest.

The HoMM story is a bonus. You need to crete the creature from:

This is what I think:
New Contest - Rules:
Everybody must create one new creature with statistics and/or story
A. Permited Things:
1. Using parts of only permited for the round creatures (good)
2. Recoloring of the creatures or parts of them (good)
3. Resizing the original image/part of it (good)
4. Adding new special abilities to creature, but with full explanation (not bad)
B. Forbidden Things:
1. Adding resourses from not allowed in the round creatures, other games, softwares and programs (good)
2. Creating your own creature graphics (partly good)
3. Posting more than one creature (good)
4. Creating stories with false storyline (what do you mean??)
C. Statistics:(all good)
1. Attack
2. Defence
3. Hit points
4. Damage
5. Speed
6. Shots(Shooters only)
7. Special abilities(If any)
8. Stack Experience abilities(If any) (not needed at all)
New Scoring List:
A. Image:(all good)
+1 for Original idea
+1 for Smooth connection lines
+1 for Balanced Colors
+1 for Basic animation (Only attack, block, suffer damage, walk, on hover or die animation)
+1 for Smooth animation
+7 for Full animation
+1 for External bonuses
B. Statistics:(all good)
+1 for New ability
+1 for Original new ability idea
C. Story:
+1 for Original idea
+1 for Correspondence with MM storyline (not needed, because not all know the story, but all want a point, story < graphics)
+1 for No grammar errors (not needed, because we have a lot of people who don't know enghish well, but that doesn't mean they are bad artists)
+1 for External bonuses

Actually, the contest that you've listed as number one came between two and three. SuperKnight ran the original contest.

@BIGJOKER: False storyline? Dracon defeated Winston Boragus for instance.
The others are bonuses. It's just an easy way to rise you'r score.
