Rock moves forward so it can be taken by the black pawn.
If black takes Rock with Pawn, then white advances with Pawn and check mate.
If black moves bishop to any square, then take the Pawn before the King with the rock and check mate.
Black cannot move the King or the Pawn before the King so the two above are the only options.

I play at chess.com.
That's a wonderful website for playing as well as studying and improving your chess game.
Edit: I just updated the first post to contain links to some great tools for improving your chess game.
Also thanks for the QP MightyMage. I was actually surprised to receive this for this thread.

Alright I'll add you to the player directory.
As for chess.com, we can play each other via correspondence chess or online chess. You get days per move, so you can play anyone in any timezone.
I don't recommend using chess.com live chess unless you use Firefox. But it's still not perfectly stable there.
The best thing to do though at chess.com is to use the tactics trainer. The way it works is they have about 20000 chess problems. Each problem is rated based on how successfully and how quickly players are able to complete the problem. You also get a tactics rating. When you complete problems successfully in a short peroid of time, your rating will go up while the problems rating will go down.
When I first started doing tactics trainer, my rating wasn't very good and at one point I bottomed out at 972. However now it's usually up around 1900. Last month I peaked at 2055.

It depends. If the two of you take 2 days every move, then yes. But I've finished 30 move games in as quick as 3 or 4 days before.
Chess.com also has Live chess and that works reasonably well now with Firefox.
