NCF Manticore Upgrades
Manticore Upgrades allmost ready! Slot 450-451
Just tell me if i should retexture them..
And give some coments on stats..
Scorpicore:

Scropicore is beautifully made and the abilities are nice (I expect it has Paralyze above Berserk, though).
Supreme Exempler is just AMAZING with its broken wings! And it is fun to have Venom and Incinerate on the same creature.
About textures, Scropicore is perfectly fine while Exempler looks a bit plain on its body.
And for the stats, it is balanced between the two upgrades (one has more attack, defense and hp while the other has speed and iniative), but Exempler's abilities seem to be generally more powerful.

These are nice. Could you maybe decorate one with a few spikes or something, it's always nice to see more than a basic texture change (e.g. your broken wings)?

Maybe some color variation in the Mane of the Scorpicore, maybe adding some red acid colors to the stinger.
And I must say, the Exemplar is best as as it is unless there's a way to make the stinger a little more sinister, like a jagged tip or something.

Apart from that, they are pretty ok. I imagined them totally different, Scorpicore with some kind Torpor and Chimaera with three heads (kinda hard to execute  ), but they will be working fine now.

Yeah i kinda knew that! But is it enough to remove Wound?

I can try to make the mane look more variated yes, but make the stinger jagged is difficult i think.. But make it look more evil should be easy.

By that you mean colours or details? It's details in the skin looks bad.
Don't download :S i forgot to change the updates.
Actually i give up! I have tried for a loong time now, but withot luck. Make a texture you like, and put in the folder and in this topic. Instead of change the slots again, i'd like to make something else for those. If it's okey?
I play in the highest res. and that can have an effect on the screens. Textures becomes much greater, which means in lower res they can look blured.

The colors are pretty fine, but I don't know how to explain it... it looks pretty 'plain'. I don't even know what's the 'problem' myself for this, and thus I don't know how it can be graphically fixed

It's the mantle - Scorpicore has juicy colors while the other one lacks contrast. Same goes for the wings (model is great though) and paws. Could also add a surface skin on the body texture or make the existing one more visable. The tail looks awesome.
Is it just me or is Exemplar the better choice? maybe if Scorpicore had Torpor instead of Berserker Rage, I dunno.
Good job on making the manticore model easier to look at, hehe

Annyone hwo will help me making the model better, is welcome to it!.. I just created a ground creature, then if anyone can add some effects and or spikes like dark crystal ;p It's not my creature! It's everyones, and if its everyones, they can add something they like. ANything else than stats

Guess this means I'm gonna have to ask again (and hopefully for the last time ) that you don't "flush" my reserved slots.
It's not like any of you are ever going to run out of NCF slots anyway. The capacity is practically infinite.
