Mitabrin - They are lovely, but the should look like ones we have done i.e. 1st one should be blue and its upgrade, if it's possible, should have shown at least a piecie of something you can recognise it from(Weapon, clothing - see pg 14). And you should add a background(So u should wait until one of us make it  ). Good work anyway

Balista Crew should have 2x damage bonus for defending enemies who stand in front of them(2 lizards hit at the time)

No I'm not, but I see no problem in adding one bonus to the bonuses list(It may take months in all places it may happen and I dunno how much of these there is - I dunno the code itself). It wasn't joke anyway

Okay, so...
1. Lizard peasant becomes Apprentice of the cult
2.
Nice idea, but make him blue(I mean skin) and more... "real"(Don't colourise all parts, leave the common things like ears' skin, eyes, claws' nails...) and idea with paintings on his face is good, but i think u would make it more cool(U can leave it as it is if u want, because I have no idea about them yet). Colour of his clothes is okay, but u may think about seeing how other colours fit with him if u want. And I think Old Lizard Templar would be the Apprentice one
3. + Lizard Bowman
+ Lizard Sniper(Isn't sharpshooter better?)
4. lizard Templar becomes The Elder Templar
5. We have to change balista crew into other colour... any propositions?

I think Sniper is better, you know that it already exists an unit called Sharpshooter who is a tier 5 creature. It would become weird if a tier 2 creature was named Lizard Sharpshooter. I think Lizard Sniper fits better, but you're a team member and you decide. This was only a hint

I think green fits pretty well, but brown or orange fits with the ballista colour, or you could recolor the ballista aswell.

So i will give you propositions of colours, dont think about it now, im creative And i think, that stats of our castle should be very high in earlier units, but ammount of them should be low.

Well, guys, remember to create the arrow towers in the castle during a siege. Btw, could I join the team? I can't do anything with creatures, buildings or any other object/creature, but I'll gladly be a hint guy, beta tester and such.

Mesio my Templar isnt colorised. Look at his ears, theyre slightly yellow. And sorry for taking Evasions job, but what about the SCUD Balista?
