@EDIT, I think when I have more creatures I could replace multiple creatures in one time.

Hmmm, I think the Basilisk Rider (Wild Hunter) could replace the Greater Basilisk, so we have a Wild Basilisk and a Basilisk Rider.
I'll start working on that.  .

Yes. Now it's done. I did the battle and map animation/defs, plus the portraits.
Now I need one lizard, to replace Gnoll. If I won't find one, I'll try to make one.
Anyone can help me (or should I say 'us').
Btw, I editted the Lizard Knight's big portrait. Now he has the background of Fortress.
@EDIT, I have found a Lizard:
Hmmm, Fortress has only 1 shooter, the Lizardman. I think I'll edit this one and remove the bow and make it level 1, or then I'll replace Lizardman or Lizard Warrior.

They all look good  , but when we do not have creature defs, there's is no use to make portraits.
We need the creatures before the portraits.
Btw, I had already made one for the Basilisk Rider:
Now we need the creature to replace Gnoll.

Wow, a really nice editing from the original fortress town! Gj.
The lake looks a little bit like "Creature form the black lagoon", but the creature looks like an elephant. So... Elephant from the big lagoon

1. Gimp, photofiltre, paint and 15 secs and the rider is blue. Unfortunately my gimp doesn't turn on for unknown reason.
2. Are we capable of animating this background? Btw if we want it more in H3 we shd brighten and change colour of stuff took from fortress or darken and change colour of stuff added to fortress.
btw stuff at the horizon looks nice
