Theoretically sims break when you or the opponent can reach each other but for some reason that is not always the case.. They don't take into account border guards or weak neutrals guarding the way to the opponent as you may know. One thing I haven't figured out is who gets the extra day. Is it random, is it the one who gets closer to middle first..?

well i meant not when it'll happen that is pretty clear
but who gets new day,why i sometime just continue the old day and what are the possibilities.
