Enter at your own risk
The Colosseum isn't just for HoMM-related contests - it's for contests of creativity in general. So, without further ado, I present the I Have No Mouth, Yet I Must Scream Contest!
What is it? Contestants submit a short story or poem that can be of any genre - but it must be disturbing (while remaining within the CoC, of course). I will then judge and critique the entries (volunteer judges welcome as well).
So, begin!

I know it in my head
