Best H3 creature hp for hp?
I was just thinking about which creature is the best pound for pound?
Or for practical purposes hit point for hit point.
For example you would have 100 Sprites vs. 1 Black Dragon or 3 Champions vs. 1 Ancient Behemoth.
I'll have to give this some more thought myself but I thought this would be a little different to best/favourite creature.

I think Archdevils and Naga queens. Good damage and no enemy retalation.

Archdevils would win over Naga queens imo.
Sprites > Naga queens too.
37 sprites with 2 attacks before 1 naga queen attack. Not sure if the NQ would pull it out or not but the sprites seem to be able to kill the nq.

I don't have the time to test this right now, but I was wondering how many imps (not familiars) it would take to kill an Archangel.
My current guess is around 350-400. I just made that made that up on the spot, though.

It seems to be the next:
Archdevils will kill sprites.
Sprites will kill mighty gorgons.
Mighty gorgons will kill archdevils.
There are no the best.

That would depend on the hero as well, no? Or is that not a faction we take into concideration?
1 azure dragon vs 333 skellies? hmm?

It is quite logically, that if the thread names Best H3 creature hp for hp? then by default it assumes heroes are absolutely identical.
What for to revive that question?

yes but look at the example TmacV gave with 100 sprites vs 1 black dragon. So i assume that in this thread, you compare Hp for Hp. Meaning that 1 BD's HP is Equal to 100 Sprites hp (or 100 skellies for that matter) and you figure out who'd be the winner, so i guess the skellie is better hp by hp. (guessing the purpose of the thread here )
I'd bet my money on the 333 skellies vs 1 Azure dragon tho

1 sprite = 3 hp -> 100 Sprites = 300 hp.
1 Azure Dragon = 1000 hp
1 skelly = 6 hp -> 333 skellies = 1998 hp.
See a difference?
