On the Elusive Nature of Emotions
Ever experienced an emotion you can't quite describe? Some years back I considered certain things indescribable, maybe because of their intriguing nature and mystique, maybe because they encompass a great deal of information that does not translate fully in speech, possibly because they are intangible in the first place. But if done right it is a thing of beauty, inspiring, a gateway to another's mind as if you live through his eyes, feel his feelings. Which is how I felt when I read the stories in the sensory stones back when I played planescape torment, these guys were ahead of their time. Being more of a feeler than a thinker I value a lot people's perceptions on the matter and I hope you will come up with something interesting. Because you have felt it, you want to share it. You can be as descriptive or as poetic as you like 
A moment of Clarity
A refreshing breeze clears away the swirling mists in your mind and allows a ray of light to dispel the darkness, reveal what was hidden, illuminate your path. In that instant you know what you want more than anything and your optimism is renewed as you catch a glimpse of the greater scheme of things to come.
Crushing Despair
You suddenly feel the ground beneath you to quake and give way, you are on top of the tallest tower that is crumbling and you are about to fall to your doom. You desperately try to remember why, how things came to be this way. Then it comes to you and the feeling is overwhelming, you'd rather it remained forgotten. You are falling.
Awe
The image before you is powerful, radiating with significance, beauty, respect, terror. It takes your breath away and you are unable to take your eyes from the spectacle unfolding before you. You want to feel it, experience it fully but you know you cannot, it is beyond you. You feel an insignificant spec of dust in the universe but lucky to have witnessed this.

The emotions caused by a girl are all encompassing Give it a shot, I bet you could write something. Perhaps how you felt when you first saw her, when she smiles..

No way, even if I tried, can I write as good and wonderful as you without getting into a lot parantheses or deviate from the point. You have talent for writing and describing stuff man

You still seem to be good at diplomatic replies  I always thought of you as more of a thinker than a feeler so you might as well try it for a change. It's not like I have previous experience with that kind of thing.
Found some passages from planescape torment.
Pure Glee
Dancing and leaping about in rhythm with the wood elves’
bouncing festival music, I and a dozen other dancers spun
through the forest clearing like a whirling dervish, smiling and
laughing like mad. As the cheering forest dwellers whooped,
clapped and danced alongside me, fairies careened through the
air above our heads, leaving sparkling trails of colored light…
I was in a rare good mood for some minutes after this
experience.
Mind-numbing Tedium
The experience couldn’t be more than a few minutes long,
but hours seemed to pass… a long, boring lecture in the driest,
dustiest hall in the University of Chalm in Sigil. I looked about
the vast hall, hoping to catch someone’s eye to pull a face at —
but the other students were either asleep or staring listlessly into
space. I dropped my quill pen, picked it up, and dropped
again… just for something to do. I considered stabbing myself
in the eye with it, just to see if my senses hadn’t been wholly
numbed by the incredible boredom…
Perhaps there was some benefit in not remembering, an
immortal’s years must include long stretches of tedium.
The latter sounds so familiar

Great thread, although I actually prefer your stuff to theirs. Funny, I've always thought you were one of the most stable persons I've met online; never figured I'd hear you utter words such as crushing despair. LOL

Cheers Vlaad. And no worries I don't have emotionally unstable tendencies, it's just there for equilibrium  I am often serious but not in that way. Most people my age that claim to have experienced this tend to have comfortable lives, being dramatic without good reason.

actually I felt nothing special the 1st time I saw her, it's only some months later as I saw some more pictures of her. she is incredibly beautiful and her smile is amazing. the kind of smile which makes you happy and forget all your problems.

Not to the point where I want to kill someone But sometimes I really need to win be it in friendly level or against a rival, then my mindset is hit me as hard as you want but you're going down and there is nothing you can do about it. Of course should I happen to lose I'm not going to be pissed, chances are I will be satisfied from the intense game. I'm not a vengeful character but there are moments best lived to the fullest, where you have to give it all It's still a game but heated games are more fun.
About terror have you been chased by a hostile dog? Trust me, running the heck away from it is your only thought.

I'm not sure I have already experienced terror.
bloodlust, probably never.
competitivity, of course. and lust for revenge too (against cheaters who beat me in a video game, I had to beat them on their own field  )
actually I used to always be competitive in a way or another, but currently I'm not at all, or at least, I don't feel I am.
I'm wondering, did you write all the descriptions yourself, or are you quoting from somewhere? maybe you are a poet? to me that is like an intricate way to say something.

Compassion? Love? Lust? Jealousy? I'll see as they come but I will refrain from writing something in that territory for now. And yes the seven sins certainly have a place for them here.

Chest swelling, tears flowing the object of my focus for but a second lost in a misty vail over my eyes. All of their accomplishments, their gifts, because of ME. Without me she would never have exsisted. All the glory, all the great things that she is being rewarded for would never have been had she never came from me!

That looks like a mix of pride and arrogance Though it can be true just as well. I do not consider pride a sin by default, it's how far you are willing to go that matters. Pride's healthy side offers confidence, belief in yourself and your people, a sense of identity.

Heh depends on how you view pride. Prefer self-confidence and Joy (over your loved ones accomplishment) myself.
Joy - Happiness, excitement, and a bit of pleasure all rolled into one and amplified. Every fiber of your being feels alive and energized. Sometimes so much that you can not help but cry from being overwhelmed by such a wonderful emotion. Sometimes also called Bliss.
Rage - Passions' dark side, crashing red against the shore. Anger that builds until you can not ignore it anymore. From deep within your soul a fire that burns so bright, that it covers you consuming your sight.
