This is unacceptible
The LGBT thread has been deleted. I don't remember how many pages it had, but it was one of the longest threads in HC. I had some good posts in there. So did others. We can't allow one member's anger to destroy so much work. Just because one guy was unhappy with the way discussions in the OSM go doesn't mean that he has the right to destroy such a part of HC. I request that the thread be restored, and that such a thing never be allowed to happen again.

Father gets his panties in a bunch; he leaves in a huff. Several entire threads mysteriously vanish. Mods know nothing about it or how it happened. And all the threads about it are moved to the VW to quietly disappear.

This thread will remain, I'll not touch it. Anyone who would like to post a recap of events here is free to do so if they'd like to maintain the history.
However, I didn't feel that there was a real need to keep multiple threads about the topic in different forums. Especially when those threads tend to degrade to spam.
My moving the threads was no new conspiracy, it was simple maintenance. Threads like that when not monitored degrade very quickly. People are free to discuss this as they will, but spam free please in the tribunal.
As for the mention of mods knowing nothing about it, I really don't. I showed up and waded through the aftermath as everyone else did.
So much as I can tell Father had been quite unhappy here for a while, he voiced his disgust with people here in his Diary thread - and then Aculias pushed him over the edge with some comments in another thread.
As for Fathers quality count, his QP's have been removed as he has been removing all of his posts anyways. Initially I removed one QP and applied 2 penalties to two of his posts, one for each thread lost.
Mytical has admitted to deleting the diary thread - the rest is still being looked into by HQ. We will need to speak to Valeriy before we can tell you much more about it.
If you have any questions that I can answer, I'd be happy to.
For the sake of preserving the "history of events" I will move one thread here, but I will lock it, as I don't feel this discussion requires more than one thread.
