Hello guys, we need select 10 maps for tourney.
3 maps, which was selected by few Leagues, go to Tourney:
1. Power Spot (Expert, 8 min)
2. Power and Reason (Expert, 8 min)
3. Circle of life (Expert, 8 min)
Other 7 maps You can select from list:
One hote minute (Expert, 8 min)
Eldorado (Expert, 6 min)
Bizarro (Advanced, 8 min);
Heart of the Winter (Expert, 6 min)
Iron Man (Expert, 8 min);
Plains of Despair (Expert, 6 min);
Spleen (Expert, 8 min);

You need post 7 maps, which You wanna playing in World Cup.
Attention, Eldorado now Expert again.
WE NEED SELECT MAPS BEFORE MIDDAY OF 21 AUGUST.
Result will posted evening 21 august.
DATES OF TOURNEY:
Start 1/32 - 28 august
Start 1/16 - 18 september
Start 1/8 - 9 october
Start 1/4 - 30 october
Start 1/2 - 20 november
Final from 11 december to Happy New Year.
For every game you will have 3 weekends.

Voiting for World Championship 2009 Maps is finished.
29 players was vointing for maps (58% from all registred players).
Thus, games of World Championship 2009 we will playing on next 10 maps:
1. Power Spot (Expert, 8 min)
2. Power and Reason (Expert, 8 min)
3. Circle of life (Expert, 8 min)
4. Eldorado (Expert, 6 min)
5. Bizarro (Advanced, 8 min);
6. Heart of the Winter (Expert, 6 min)
7. Iron Man (Expert, 8 min);
8. Spleen (Expert 8 min);
9. Showdown (Advance, 6 min);
10. Lezkandra (Expert, 8 min).
Last versions of this maps will be ready to evening of 25 august.
We need finish translate text of quest's and readme.
May be any bugs will be finded and fixed.
REGISTRATION WILL FINISH 25 AUGUST

Registration on WC-09 will finish 25 august in 21h00 by Moscow time (now here 23h15).
Registration is finished. Playoff and maps i'll try ready tommorow.
GREETINGS PLAYERS OF WC 2009!
Sorry for my slow work, we have next news:
- playoff of WC-09 is ready!
- maps for WC-09 are ready;
- data of registered players you can find in a table;
- system of online heroes 4 cups is ready;
- regulation and rules is changed.
We was try making 1/32 so clear as we can. Don't kick us much. How we do it you can look in the file, and Playoff WC-09 look in 1st post (updatable).
All maps you can download here.
Here table of registered players data for connection with opponent.
Now about online tourney system. I hope that much if this idea you will understend from following words and pictures. Fragment from regulation:
"World Championship, Celestial Way è Altars of Knowledge are linked tournaments with three prize-winning places in each. This tournament series will be carried out using Double Elimination system without qualification rounds. The first and the most important tournament is World Championship (playoff — knockout system). World Championship losers will go down to second tournament — Celestial Way (playoff — knockout system with incoming players from main championship till semifinals start). Three winners of the World Championship and three winners of the Celestial Way will participate in the Altars of Knowledge (AK). AK — is short torunament including three matches (world champion against celestial champion, 2nd against 2nd and so on) for Archmage’s Altar, Guildmaster’s Altar and Expert Wisdom’s Altar. Thereby these three tournaments are Double Elimination tournament with finals of the six...".

For first 8 pairs: WC 2009 1-8 (password WC 2009)
From 9 to 16 pairs: WC 2009 9-16 (password WC 2009)
From 17 to 24 pairs: WC 2009 17-24 (password WC 2009)
From 25 to 32 pairs: WC 2009 25-32 (password WC 2009)

In final Jel won T.T on Bizarro 216
Pacobac was offline. Thats why Dakte is 3rd.

From what i see it was pretty well organized.
I'm still playing from time to time with some friends. So next tournament u can count on 4-5 extra players.
Heroes5 sucks btw !
