h5u vs pak
Whats wrong with my game? When i put the NCF megapack (I followed all steps correctly) and start the game I only got a error about a dll missing and game crashes, I have problems with .pak but if i work with .h5u the game works fine...

dll crash surely means bad version of the game. TotE 3.1 patch is required for NCF.

your bug is the first of that kind I see.
normally, it's better to work with pak because the editor doesn't read h5u,
but there is not difference for the game.
check if the original exe (both) are same size than both of NCF.
if not then the version of your H5 (3.1) is not the same than NCF
(ex: US versus european)
also, if you want yuo can provide some screen shot of details of your H5 folders....that can help.

My exe isnt of same size of the NFC one, mine have 12.3 and the NFC one have 12.4. Is this the problem?

of course.
that means your exe and the exe where NCF exe comes from are not the same.
normally, NCF exe will work with a H5 game having same size original exe. (exactly same size (nbr of bytes))
