WCL online broadcasts
ANNOUNCEMENT
New feature is under development. Players will be able to share their games through internet. Unlimited number of WCL players will be able to watch live battles in details. Host player will share his game (with or without password protection), clients will enter password and will watch battles. Only battles atm. Games will stay on WCL server, so you may replay same game several times (when host is offline too). Host must have TE version, however client may have any version.

What kind of internet connection will be needed? Will it be captured video, or host will give log of his turn and visitors PC will replay the same moves?

Internet traffic will be very low (5-30 kb per minute). Software will not capture video. Later, I plan to develop version for Windows Mobile as well.
Current status: 30% of work is done.

project is not dead, just postponed. I had an idea to sell best replays of famous players for few dollars. But this will not work. To finish this project i need 3-5 full days, perhaps will do by March 2010.
