Adding Custom Spells

There is a spell called "Death Wave" in the NCF creature named "Memory Mentor" and I want to be able to add this spell to my  heros spellbook.  Is this possible?

It is not custom, you can see it cast by Sovereign in the final batlle of last H5 campaign. Quite a lot can be modified in spells, but you can't add a new one.
