Hero Specialization modding

hello to the heroes modding community.
i have recently begun modding several files in the heroes data folder for balancing issues....
In the RPGStats file there is most of the moddable data including Hero specializations.bizarrely you can only mod roughly half of the specs while the rest are missinghttp://heroescommunity.com/images/icons/icon23.gif
for example: one can easily mod the reanimator spec while the embalmer(plague tent) spec is nowhere to be found =(
ill be more than thankful if someone where to guide on this problem.

Probably they added only parameters of the specs that were adjusted with patches or appeared in the expansions. Others are just hard coded in the exe and can't be modified using your approach. (lazy, lazy nival )

Just wanted to mention that there are different pieces of the information in the different data files too.

Instead of changing a data file with each patch they just threw out a new data file since the game uses whatever information has the latest editing date.

For example there is only 8MB of text info that is actually used in the game, yet all the text files add up to 55MB.  That's 47MB of junk that doesn't need to be there.  Ya, I shouldn't get started on an anti-Nival rant.
