@emilsn, I looked into it, seems it will work with all DS games but will have no GBA input, it seems nice though.
But I think nintendo is overdoing it.
First the original DS, then DSlite, then DSi, then DSi XL and now 3DS.
that's 5 different 'consoles' for the same games.

New 3DS is said to be revealed on this year E3. It will support normal DS games.
If I were you, I wouldn't bother to buy DSi now, better get cheaper Lite, it's the same console, only without camera (which is crappy anyways)
