I have a little problem after installing latest New Interface
I get this error message on most of the maps after day 1
        ERM Syntax error
        file:monsters
        line:5280
        Reason:
  Error:Attempt to use "!!BM" in non human battle(use flag 100
   for cheking)

Any idea what causes it?I thouhgt it may be related with Vlad script updating witches but after I disable that script from custom scripts
the error is still there.
Anyway the mod is awesome!Thanks so much.

PS: Problem solved....it was the script for new witches

NIM do not add ANY ERM SCRIPTS, so NO WAY this MOD cause that problem.

For now... but I don't think that any town which would be possibly gather under it, will add scripts...

BTW. soon I will give a pack of defs and bmp that I found still missing or needed to remake in version 0.9... but it will NOT be the versjion 1.0... and won't as long there wouldn't animatios of latterns in town... I hope I will be able to give v1.0 of AR in Autumn...

EDIT - a *.wog file of AR for NIm is in half full complete... left onle some tiny issues like ~7 animations

Well... It has a little problem in one def, and others are not worth to have it so soon... I'll re-upload elsewhere when I complete animation of ent's dwelling (it will be soon ;P)

Loving what has been done with AR. excellent stuff.

On that note, I have to go through the .wog files all the time and manually add things via MMArchive so I don't mess up the HoL mod I like to run in parallel with NIM (I'd just recreate the .wog if I could but apparently my new computer doesn't create .rar files the right way because any wog file I make comes up as "broken"). So, while going through the files I noticed 2 things:

1. h3bitmap.txt did not include "CmBkGrTr.bmp"
2. h3sprite.txt did not include "CREST58.DEF"

I assume they were supposed to but they don't as of the newest .wog release.

Lastly, can anyone tell me what the issue is here?

I'm patient, just trying to show the glitch I found. It doesn't affect gameplay, so I can work with it until the full release.

I have put some work into the BMPs/DEFs for baratorch's HD mod. Hope they are useful! I basically just copy and pasted your guys efforts and added a tiled graphic from the background of my H3 Complete Install Program.

Download the RAR [url=http://www.mediafire.com/file/9ywhf08e8os4la4/NIM%20%28HiRezData%202.98%20Pack%29V0.2.rar]here[/url] (Link updated) and unpack it in your Heroes 3 folder (with HD mod). It will overwrite files included with the HD mod, so you will need to reinstall HD 2.98 if you want to remove these files at a later date.

I've experimented with making the resource bar match the play color. What do you think?

I found working with Red as the player color easier, as the blue player color palette clashed with the blue background when copy/pasting in Photoshop. Thanks for the kind words. You guys are doing phenomenally well with VCMI - I eagerly await 1.0!
