Poll Question: How to add some artifacts in TOE3.1
I always complain poor artifacts no more than 96 , is there a way to add some artifacts in TOE3.1?
I like the powerful artifacts in H3, if it's possible I want to add them to TOE3.1

It's possible.
1 - the exe must be hex-edited.
2 - the total limit is 127 artifacts. so about 30 new ones.
3 - data.pak/types.xml must me modified
4 - data.pak/GameMechanics/RefTables/Artifacts.xdb must be modified
5 - finally, the 30 new atifacts must be created/modded.
Note: new artifacts cannot have effects, only stats are possible for them.
Note 2: this solution doesn't add new artifacts in the Editor, to get them,
the file « data.pak/index.bin » must be modified and 30 « AdvMapObjectsLink » files must be created to obtain their icons.

Actually, I have been on it a couple of days٬but didn't make it work.Thanks a lot, as you said, it works. In Note 2, you talk about adding new artifacts in the Editor, I really want to kown how to create ?data.pak/index.bin? and ?AdvMapObjectsLink? files.Could you teach me?

Now i want to add new artifact to set-artifact. How do i do?
I want to add 1 artifact to Lion set (3-->4) and add 1 effect more (effect for 2 items and effect for 4 items), but cant. Help me, plzzzzz

Race specific Artifacts??
I would like to add Race Specific Artifacts to a specific map, with specific Races.
Anyone know the Specifics for Fortress, Sylvan, Necro, Dungeon, Inferno??
Any artifacts related dir with another race not mentioned, I don't want on map. Any nuetral, are fine to include as well, like the clover for ex.
Edit; To clarify, using those already preset in game as race specific. Also, not meaning they have to be specified for the related race. Dwarve specifc named does not need to only be there for dwarves. Anyone can use any artifact on map. But I don't want Ogre (Barbaric) artifacts on map if I don't have Barbarians. If that makes sense.
