No, it's the other way around. Americans don't say that about Rugby. It's the Rugby countries that say that about American football. At least, that's the way I always heard it.

I don't like baseball, but rugby/american football seems fun and tough, and relaxing too ^_^

Yeah, people who don't like baseball tend to hate it. They find the game to be long and boring. But I love it with a passion. I follow all 162 Yankee games every year.
