Use one of the  picture i posted ,with the whole town screen to find out the right position . It seems a little to big in that position. If you can lower him to the ground a bit it will be great.

It looks very cool . Ty . The image you extracted from def is broken thou. It's the  same problem here.  I had to choose " Transparent background " to get a clean picture . I will fix it . Ty again.

Det tool choose by default transparent. Did I miss something? In my def preview it looks ok.
I can send source frames if need.

I think he is too low now, the horse. I will make him tomorrow again, a bit higher so you can see a bit of legs. Seems a pony now.

Why do that, when it is entirely my fault, you scared me saying it is too big and now it is too small, lol. I will make an alternative version and you pick.

Strange, some pixels around Horse's neck go transparent, no idea why. They are far from cyan.

I told you . I have the same problem . The def i used before yours it looks good in game. But if i try to extract the picture from him , alot of the pixels are replaced with cyan color. Right now i am repairing all the bad pixels ,frame by frame .

Maybe the source frames can help?

Link

Anyway, it should not be too difficult to process all frames through PS once you have the palette with only one cyan. But you know how to do that.

@Edit: I see what you mean. When extracting the frame from your def it went out wrong, no way to get it proper. Send me the source file and I do all again, should work.

Sorry Buca, was entirely my fault. This damnt "no shadow and selection" button in Def preview, there is no way to know it is down or up. Thus I extracted your first def with it enabled, and of course it screwed everything.

Here is the new animation, and ON the proper frame.

Yeah this project is awesome

Just remember not to animate too many buildings, you know.
If you'll animate all, it'll be just a mess..
