Ah, I think I understood the abilities now. Some are very nice ideas!!!
Some are too powerfull for my taste, still, but we had that topic allready

...I won't go in any more details of them, at least not now

Empire
-why is the crossbowman unit named bowman when it is no biowman but a crossbowman?^^
Teh fox sounds interesting, as well as the Imperial dragon.
Over all, an interesting approach since it has some of the aspects/units classically in haven, and some very new, that is, lookin only on the homm games. However, I'm not into asian lore, as I mentioned.

Factory
I like the new Gremlins, with spears&such.
Overall, this faction is much to may taste so far, great work. Only exception: golem & sotne golem...first: whcih is the difference, except color...also...I think the first golem should also have a prefix...maybe Stoen Golem>Granite/Obsidian/etc. Golem or Clay Golem>Stone Golem?!

Deep
Overall, a nice gloomy faction! A bit tentacled, maybe...I think one octopus unit woudl be enough. But I liek the style the faction proposes!

Preserve
Making them werewolves completely is an interesting attempt for the classical wood-elven faction. How much I'd like it probably would highly depend on implemention!

Spire
Interesting alternative to haven. Looks good so far Concern: prophet-> angel?

Fortress
Hmmm not sure, depends on look, and abilities and such...many dwarves...

Cult
BAM I like this somehow! Still, not sure about all creatures...guy=human?

Rampart
...a lizardmen faction It's okay...

Overall I like your approach quite much!!!  lookign forward for more!


Now, again, for nightterrors abilities:

Gremlin-Mechanist
Why do mechanists heal through war machines? I liek the control function however...but: for how long?

Troglodyte–Deep Stalker
Invisible seems rather strong...

Possessed Statue – Gargoyle
name concern: why is the statue "possessed"? Do the gargoyles ignore ANY positive effect and/or spell or only stat boosts? Casting like a rela caster, randomly, or more like an ability (that means, f.e., without mana)?

Green Slime – Black Ooze
The regeneration seems REALLY strong!!!poisoning instead of life stealing is interesting, thouhg it won't effect many creatures...no fire, lightning & Ice immunity?

Shadow Mage – Warlock
What do you mean by the "for 100 warlocks extra spell"-thing? A new spell the hero learns? A free spell cast per battle? ... Creating a cloud is activated by you? So in YOUR army, they make enemy spells cost more?

Beholder – Argus
eyes of the beholder, activated by you or triggering automatically when a creature is blinded? Like true seeing. Why do they ignore obstacles?

Minotaur – Gorgon
Minotaru->Gorgon is an irrational no-go for me, as far as I know the creatures...hwo exactly does the high-moral thing work?

Rakshasa – Rakshasa Raja
I don't liek the rakshasa creature...I mean any, nto yours^^ 4 hits is REALLY strong^^ The illusion creation...do you as player activate it? Or how does it happen else? ...the resistance against ranged attacks also is really powerfulll

Manticore – Sphinx
Manticore>Sphinx is even worse than Minotaur>Gorgon. Two really different beings, one more a beast, teh letteer more a creature of magic, riddle & intelligence. That I really dislike. The teleporting thign sounds confusing. THe poison thign is not completely anew, but interesting still. The carrying of negatie effects without haing them seems REALLY imba. Otherwise, the abilities are good.

Colossus – Titan
lightnign field againseems really strong, but on the whole, the creature is ok.

Overall you see, this faction is not so much myne, considering the creatures...

Well it was more of a background thing, the clay golems were meant to be themselves industrially manufactured, not for combat, but for the workshop (they'd be able to work with red-hot metal without damage), whereas the stone golems 'are' made for combat.

Well the Octopus are what imagined a good, alien, inhuman intelligence to look like, and basically, I wanted something that wasn't even close to human to use as the basis for a race.

My opinions:
Haven:
Really good,the griffin may seem a little bit strong for a core unit,but on the other hand,they were just tier 3 in H3

Sanctuary:
Why do so many people want high elves?I mean,ok there are many fantasy games/storys with high elves,but I just don't see any need for them.I mean the dark elves are at least from norse mythology...

Sylvan:
is ok.

Academy:
Also ok,except for the apprentice,which seems pointless as it is just seems to be a weaker version of the mage...

Forge:
Too many humans and dwarfs and I think the giant would be more fitting as the champion unit than the yeti,since giants are known for being strong and the yeti not so really.But anyways it is much better than the fortress of H5

Fortress:
Some people say that there is no need for a swamp faction,now where we have the sanctuary as a water faction,but I think a swamp faction would be ok,as it has a quite different theme than the sanctuary.
However I can't really see why you putted the minotaur there,I mean it has nothing to do with swamps or the like.And I also think the dragon fly is cool,but pointless.

Seatemple:
Before the sanctuary was revealed I would have also thought of a water faction like this and I think it is really good.

Stronghold:
The wolves sound kinda boring,but otherwise I think you made a good lineup

Asylum:
Too much dark elve units and the dark queen seems somehow random and boring,since there is another elite tier unit with a similar name(dark mistress).

Inferno:
I don't like it.The names demon and infernal demon are not good,I every demon is a demon and since they all live in hell(or at least a very similar place)they are also all infernal beings and beast doesn't sound any better...

Necropolis:
Is ok.

Dungeon:
Not so good,I can't really imagine what they shall represent and how they are supposed to look,because we don't even now how the might and magic faceless look like.And there are also too many humans.
