[Tutorial] Creature icons in H5 stlye

Hi, i know not many people still mod Heroes V game, but i've made this tutorial for those few

I want to make a new icon for Butcher. In this tutorial i will explain how to make this icon in Heroes V style. Let's start

1.Taking a picture from the Editor

I want to make Butcher a picture in a cool stance. To do that, i'll need to change his arena file. Some of the cratures have them in data/Characters/Creatures, others in data/_(AnimSet)/Creatures.
I've found a file that is named "T5a_Butcher-arena". Let's open that.
There we have all the moves that creature uses. In editor, the only move we can see is idle00, which is normal stance. We can change it for a while, to do that, just type some other move instead. So i type attack00 instead of idle00. Save the file but don't close it.
Now open up the Editor, create a new map (the smaller the better) and put your creature on it. You can see it moves the a way you want to.
You can type again idle00 in the arena file, save it and close it.

Now for the best results of the image, we can change the terrain to something dark, and put a dark wall behind the creature. This is in .Subterra objects, the lowest thing.

Now we can finally take a picture. Rotate the camera and wait for the best moment to take it. We can press our print screen button or press the "Make Screenshot" button in editor (print screen is somewhat better for me).
Now paste that into the Paint. Change the position and canvas, so it looks like you want your icon to be. It would be good if it were similar to square. Mine looks like this:

2. Convering picture to HV style icon

Let's find a random icon, so we can copy it and change it. You can find one in data/UI/H5A2/Icons. It can be any icon that is 128 x 128.
Copy it. Now open the copy in Photoshop (i'm using CS3 and i don't know if in other image editing programs are the same options).

You should have colours set to white and black. Select all and press delete, the icon should be black now. Now go to Channels/Alpha and do the same. Now let's go back to the layer. Paste your picture from paint and change its size so it fits the window. Now we need to change the background to black. We can do that with magic wand, and delete button. Change the tolerance to something low, and change to Contiguous, if it selects the parts of creature.
If your done, then change back to non-Contiguous, and select the black background. Press delete few more times.
Now select/inverse and select/modify/expand. Type by 2.
Now let's go to the alpha channel. Change white with black and press delete. It should make a white shadow of your creature.
Now press RGB and get back to layers.
Now flatten image by pressing right button of your mouse on the layer.
Now let's get a black border. Select all, select/modify/contract by 2. Select/inverse and press delete.
Save it changing it to 2d texture. You're done
Here is mine:

Thank you for reading, i hope i helped anybody
And correct me if you find anything wrong
