Added New Spell/Special Ability

Hi,I think I added a new spell,but I need help to finish it. It is a Special Ability called Legion Commander and it has a spell with the same name.Legion Commander works same as Avatar of Death but summons Psaktha's Banneret unit(Only that I recoloured it to blue). Both spell and ability appears in the list of spell/abilities,I set it to the hero,but the spell does not appears in combat,meanwihile its ID is set on the map editor.
Please give me a list of the files containing database of spells(only data not visual files).
P.S.How do I make new heroes appear in Multiplayer Maps?

I didn't know it was possible to add new spells, how do you do that?

the file you search may be : gamemechanics/reftables/undividedspells

modify Avatar spell or Summon Phenix spell (pratically same spell) is not the creation of a new spell.

it's just ...modding the spell.

the game allows to change the creature summoned and its abilities...

Nope,Avatar and Summon Phoenix sitll exist in the spellbook,but this one is totally new!

I prefer to be careful with your "new one".

I know we can add ID to infinit (pratically), but that doesn't mean the spell will work in the game....

ex: all new artifacts added are without effects...

I always thought the hex-editing is needed to add spells.
about me, only adding Heroes and dwellings don't need hex-editing.

you may be able to borrow an ID of an existing spell by doubling in another file.
then its effect is copied and modified, but I don't see this as a new spell because
it's simply the same effect that is modded.

so adding a new spell means adding a new effect spell.

ex: it's not adding a new spell if:

I double the ID of ice bolt in another file and I triple the damage and I name it 'sprayer ice'

it's maybe interessting but not really new rather pseudo-new.


so, if you create a spell being able to reduce the number of case
(the creature speed) by -1, -2 or -3 that the ennemy creature can
move in the battlefield....then yes I will believe this is a totally new spell.
