Impossible campaign at Champion difficulty - lets see can you pass

Second campaign - first mission - champion difficulty
are there any one able to complete this mission. i tried several ways and i think it is impossible. what do you think.
if you have completed how did you do that. i mean impossible to obtain town. it wants us to get carts of ore but we have to kill pirates to get ship and they have enormous number
you cant obtain griffin or nomads since they are also very high numbered.
