Recording Beta Videos for Youtube
I've been thinking of recording some footage of the current beta for youtube, and was wondering if any of you guys know if we are currently under an NDA or an agreement that prevents this?
I've been searching for something of that nature so I can double-check and verify whether I am or am not able to do this, but have been unsuccessful so far.

yes you can do that and if you can also tell us an easy and good way to do it you will be super! Fraps combined with a powerful PC but with the weight that is called H6 does not good a good job

Download and compress to Xvid or DivX with VirtualDub (or something better, I dunno).

Oh, I know how to do it lol.  I've done a bunch of HV videos in the past (and need to continue with those, in point of fact) and I do Fallout videos as well.
Just wanted to see if we're actually permitted to upload to Youtube or if I'll get smitten with the banhammer for doing so.

I typically use FRAPS to record and VirtualDub to compress, but it remains to be seen how well my PC can run FRAPS and HVI at the same time. It's fairly beastly, so I give myself decent odds, but we'll see.
Good to know it's okay to upload, though! I'll have to get on that.

can someone explain how to compress with virtualdub? 1' video = 4GB....

@Vangelis-PM me if you're looking to make your own videos, and I'll talk you through compressing in VirtualDub as best I can. It's actually really simple, the tool looks way more intimidating then it really is.
