You're right, but I don't like the idea too (I know that it's a NWC's original idea).
I prefer "XVIII century" machines (like Dragon Golem from HeroesIV and this Izmail) than Orcs carring bazookas.

Somebody could extract\rip units from diablo2?
Or is there any method to do so? Because the 'dark rouge' models interests me a lot (well, death knights looks good to and corpse splitters maybe usefull as extracted graphics).
