Random toughts and comments while waiting for beta

- First of the more strategic vs less randomness approach is awesome. There is still some randomness ( leadership and destiny, the number of resources you get at pick up, location and spawns, etc) but know you have more control over your hero witch give more control in a vs game. If you had the fact that you don't know what is the skill selection of the other hero (unless you make always the same build and for all your hero   ) you can have some pretty good match now.

- I like the way they replaced the skill and spell. ex : what was arcane armor in 5 is know racial of haven in a way. other example word of light and call of the netherworld. ( i miss some skill, skill animation and skill name tough like fog veil, corrupted soil, disintegrate, celerity, cold ray, blood-lust heroes 2)

- One think bothered me tough is that the unit had to be replaced before each game and didn't memorize position but it was just beta I'm sure they'll fix it

- Dark magic school has no straight offense spell

- i would love to have more activated ability for creatures but after reading a creeping post I thought about something why not create more unique neutral and give them unique ability or more activated ability ( imagine a group of neutral who have some casting dragon strength other using phantom force or cat reflex, hand of death. This could be better than having neutral led by neutral hero and would make you think twice when you attack them) You could add venom spawn, crusader, ogre lord, Magog, mantis,mighty gorgon, death knight and other various creature to add to the variety of wolf, phoenix and mermaid. Since they are not in faction they could bring back memory by being neutral

- I also think they need more specific skill for each faction in every school ( i think its gonna be done somehow skill feel to plain know)


In general i think this is gonna be a very good game and the most balanced of all cant wait for next part of beta

No. Prime has only 1 attack spell : Implosion at rank 3.

Sorry wrote to fast what i was thinking what i meant is that it can be of equal strength but your right on this one it has to be of different animation
