I've sen many creative factions from you guys, so come on and share them with us! We want a good competition from all of you and would love to have you participate. Beautiful thing is, you don't have to make an entirely new faction!  Just so long as you improve and polish one of your old factions, it should be ICTC worthy.
Winners obviously get some kind of reward (no, not candy...), and I believe that participants are given a QP? (Correct me if I'm wrong)
