I only play hotseat and wonder wether neutral stacks have a growth rate at all ? What are the differences between the difficulty levels regarding neutrals stacksize and growth ? At normal the game is far too easy as you are fighting tiny stacks in weeks 4 or 5. Most challenges are trivial.
Yes, you can choose how fast when you create the game. How much is anouther question, i doubt anyone knows exactly. Im afraid if you want exact answer you have to test it on your own.

Growth rate and initial size will depend on the difficulty on which you play. I don't know the exact details, if anyone knew, it would probably have been Elvin. And please use questions topic for minor questions like this.
