H6 English

Is it developed by non-native English speakers, given Ubi is French? This is not a big issue, but they do not seem to put enough effort to make the wording clear.

I find some descriptions hard to understand... particularly the description of double attack:

Dire wolf/Crusher: MAY attack twice

Please, if they always attack twice, delete the MAY. It is good and unambigious in H5, where minotaur kings always attack twice and maulers have a probability to attack twice.

I am also interested the Japanese version of H6... How do they call the base sanctuary creatures?

You are of course aware that to may has two meanings.
There is the may, which expresses a certain possibility.
But there is also the may that expresses that one is allowed to do something. Which is the one that is referred to in most texts in H6, as they units in question need to fullfill certain prerequisites before they are able to attack twice.

Exactly! I was concerned that there were prerequisites for Crushers to meet and then they would attack twice -- but it seems to me that they always attack twice, conditional only on some obvious things like the attacked stack does not run away (centaurs) and neither stack dies.

Ok, after consulting the fan-manual, there seems to be no requirement for attacking twice for Maulers and Direwolves. They are simply allowed to attack twice in one turn.

i think they will not attack twice if they attacking stack that is more powerful then they are, hence the 'may'

...
1)Buy the unit.
2)Make it attack.
3)See what happens. Make it attack many more times to be sure.
3)BING : Problem solved ! It effectively attacks multiple times!

My crushers attack twice against Dragon eel, about 400 in the stack.

Crushers are only supposed to attack twice if enemy retaliates in between. If there is no retaliation, crushers should use only 1 attack. Unless things changed since i played.
