REQUEST - 2 Narnia castles

I was watching Narnia again recently and alot of it reminded me of homm 3, so i thought it would be cool to do 2 different Narnia castles (a good alignment and a bad alignment). If you have never watched Narnia you might find this stupid, but if someone likes the idea id like to help them make this.
GOOD TOWN (replacement of rampart, called 'Narnia')


TIER 1
Beaver(Stands on 2 legs, bow) --> Beaver soldier (with sword aswell as bow, no melee penalty and armour)

TIER 2
Fawn (goat lower body, human upper body, with sword) --> Fawn Fighter (with Armour and shield aswell)

TIER 3
Satyr (full goat body but stands on 2 legs, attacks with horns) --> Satyr axeman (with axe and armour)

TIER 4
Leopard --> Cheetah (Lighter in color, bigger)

TIER 5
Bear --> Vicious Bear (Darker, bigger claws)

TIER 6
Centaur knight (Centaur but has sword and body armour, bigger than normal centaur) --> Centaur General (Has two swords and helmet)

TIER 7
Giant Lion --> Giant war Lion (Bigger claws, more muscular [more muscular is just like unicorn into war unicorn] )

2nd Narnia castle, the bad alignment, called 'Rebellion' replacing tower, because the ice queen lives in an ice castle.
NOTE: some creatures already exist in other towns, but will be raplaced with new ones, see details at bottom.

TIER 1
Dwarf (Grey clothes instead of the original green, uses knife) --> Dwarf Archer (melee penalty, shooter, more armour)

TIER 2
Hags (Really ugly beaked bird women, no wings, spellcaster, shooter, wears a robe) --> Vile Hags (Darker coloured robe)

TIER 3
Boarman (2 legged boar, with mace) --> Boar Skirmisher (Armoured, improved weapon)

TIER 4
White tiger --> Snow tiger (Whiter than white tiger, blue glowing eyes)

TIER 5
White Bear --> Polar bear (once again, whiter than white bear, blue glowing eyes)

TIER 6
Minotaur --> Savage minotaur

TIER 7
Snow Queen (spellcaster, uses sword)--> Ice Queen (uses ice spear, petrifying attack)

REPLACEMENTS IN OTHER TOWNS
Dwarf will not have to be replaced, my other town, 'Narnia' is taking rampart.
Minotaur from dungeon will be replaced with Giant (Tower is being replaced with my town 'Rebellion' ), but without the lighning sword and helmet, more human like skin color and will have no weapon(unnarmed). Upgrade will be mighty giant, and will not look like titan at all (uses club, leather armour).

If you look at the defs already made by people (itsjustme in particular) I think 90% of these creatures are already made. Shouldn't be too hard then, good luck

I don't think Narnia is a good theme for Heroes. I don't remember any real, bloody battles from books. Narnia simply isn't such story. A Song of Ice and Fire or Memory, Sorrow and Thorn would be much better as a mod. (But mapmakers of ASOIAF would have A LOT of work)

@Galileo I was talking about the movie, which in the movie, there are alot of battles. I have never read the books so i wouldnt know, but as i was watching it i thought of H3, and i think it does suit H3 very much so.

I don't know. I prefer books. They are always much better. Take Golden Compass (original name is Northern Lights) as an example. The book trilogy is said to be one of the best child books ever written (but it's for a bit older children). From the other side, the movie was an epic fail. Only first book was adopted.

Because, you know, there has been a plenty of these - someone posted an idea of units with stats, yet they didn't know what to do further, like buildings, heroes, any graphics, technical stuff...


What would i do? MAKE THE MOD (including creatures,buildings, heroes and technical stuff) I posted this because it is indeed alot of work, so i was wondering if someone could maybe help me with it. I thought that was pretty obvious ....

So good luck but judging from my experience you need at least prepare a demo of the mod to get followers (that is publicing one town graphics with several basic buildings or a few creatures which are new - not edited ones, should be enough to get further help).

I had started own thread, and directly stated that i need anybody who wish help - I get first curiosity, but when it revealed that I have almost nothing more than the idea yet it become forgotten - I hope that demo featuring new upgrades of creatures, the new building graphics, and a script that keeps it together would be enough for me, but I directly stated that I would heavily rely on recolors and rips, so I am not so sure it will help enough me.
