How to set crossover heroes
Hey, I've got two questions about the campaign editor. How do I set the maximum number of crossover heroes? And how do I set their starting point in the next map?

I want one main hero and two other strongest heroes to transit to the next map but I can't figure out how to set this.

As far as i remember, it is this:

You put a "Hero Placeholder" on the map. This is the last Hero icon in the editor. You can then set the properties. There you can choose if this is a specific hero or some "strongest". It is not possible to exactly position them (except specific heroes of course).

This is just from what i remember, cannot check currently.

That did the trick. Thanks!

I was looking in the campaign editor for the function and overlooked the hero placeholder in the map editor.

Just think of the RoE Liberation Campaign. From the first to second map, you carry over 8 heroes. From the second to third map, you carry over just 6 of them, plus Kathrin and Lord Haart. This would not be possible if the number of carryover heroes would be set campaign-wide.

Thanks but all I needed was to set normal crossover heroes, from map 1 to map 2.

I'm now working on moving my heroes from map 2 to map 3 and I'm having problems with this again... For some reason it will only place my main hero in the new map even though there's a few others supposed to follow him. I changed the order in which the maps appear and made the heroes move from map 1 to map 3 and that worked, but map 2 to 3 doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?
