Editing .pcx files

I am trying to edit some pcx files, I can do it with paint brush but the image always loose Quality. Which program should I use?

And to edit .smk files? Any sugestion?

You need change it to 256 bmp.

In h3 Game dialog pcx£¬we must change to 256 bmp.
Bmp 256 colors by the standard color of H3 + custom image color swatch + change color color flag.

256=10+214+32

So you can only download the PSD own experience.
This is my PSD and color swatch.

Copy Smackw32.dll from tools\RSBinkPlayer\Smackw32.dll to repalce Game Folder.
It can only use RAD Video smk video

Bik video can not replace the dll plug-ins
I need the tools to create bik video.
Who told me how to make it?
