How to send in errors.
Hello everyone.
I rather often encounter diffrent errors while playing with diffrent mods in heroes and i've heard you can share the errors and perhaps get help to fix it. I've tried for some time to figure it out but haven't suceed. So im wondering if anyone could explain step by step how to copy your error and upload your save via wikisend.

I assume you're playing Era-Wog, there is a specific forum for that, but not this one. Some mods are not compatible each other, but if you want to get help on debug you need to provide the following informations:
Open mods folder, then list.txt and paste the content.
Upload to wikisend.com a save before the error then paste link.
Give a short description of the error, to help the guy looking into.

Issue: Game getting several errors and sometimes crash when getting attacked by an enemy player on feild or in castle.

I have no error loading your save and playing for 3 turns, defeating 2 computer towns and getting attacked twice by another.
So my guess is that your era install is messed, as you should NOT have in mods list "DATA and MODS" folders. Only mods should be in MODS folder, if you see 2 folders called DATA and MODS, then you did it wrong.

Okey glad to hear you had no problems with the save file. I will reinstall everything then. in my setup i have Data and mods in c/heroes 3. And in my mods folder i have another data. I also have mods in the tools folder wich is empty

Everything you install, Era and mods, must go in c/heroes 3. Don't select subfolders, just this folder, every time you install something.

Can't thank you enough for still helping me when failing time after time
I did a fresh install now with heroes 3 complete and wog and era on that and only mod i downloaded extra vas HoLv32

Loaded save, got attacked, all fine. Probably your windows version, I run XP and have almost never errors. Paste here the error screen you get, anyway.
Edit: do you use HD mod?

Can you download and activate WoG revised mod? Then reload same save, press F12 to refresh scripts and see if error occurs again.
Make sure that wog revised is above WoG in mod manager before starting game.

Yes but Wog revised removes buggy options from wog and adds new ones. So your starting options were modified when you switched to revised.
Better start a new game using wog revised, and look again at options, there will be new ones to select. Keep wog revised active for every random map you generate.

You need to have the wog option "neutral town" activated when playing HoL.

Got another random error when just walking with the hero. This happens sometimes and i usally don't get the error when reloading the save. The game also freezes so can't take a screenshot nor scroll down but so this is all i can see.

If the error is random then is your windows 8 I think. If you really want to play wog you should virtualize XP somehow, just ask around.

This was on another computer that runs on windows 7. If it dosen't crash and i manage to get a screenshot any chance you look at it even tho you can't get the error by playing from my save?

Until now all errors you submitted were either random as the last one, or due to your inattention, as you did not read the mods description.
I will happily provide help when it can fix wog bugs, but help each individual is out of question, especially when I have no clue what's about, as here.
If you get one constant error, post a save before and the first part of WOGCRASHLOG.TXT (you will find it in heroes folder). Don't write manually the code you get, as you do it wrong every time. Should look something close to this:
