Going insane with "Venegeance is mine"

Just tried to play this, "unleashing the bloodthirsty" by the same mapmaker was good and pretty balanced but this map is just meh... the beginning is easy but then it turns to one of the hardest maps i ever played.

Even the first opponent (swamppeople) is hard to beat. He has 2 main heroes and they should never meat eachother, unless one of them takes all army from another and becomes unkillable. So i had to edit the map a little, giving myself a vision over swamp territory with eyes of mage then replayed the first few turns several times untill enemies moves the way i wanted it. Even after that the main swamp hero is VERY hard to beat, you must abuse the battleground landscape to the maximum and calculate every creature movement to do so.

Second come the barbarians and this is another story. Two main heroes again. The one patrols his territory, its possible to kill him with next to no losses but its a hard battle once again, many reloads needed. The second one stands next to his castle, this guy is extremely overpowered, strongest army, A/D skills are twice higher than mine plus a very annoying spellset. By this moment i couldnt find a solution there, this guy is way too big.

Just wonder - are there any players who won this and did this quickly enough? What tricks and strategies should be used there? (i mean - of course you can just back off and sit in ur own castles for 3-4-5 months waiting for more troops but come on - its just boring).
