World Tournament Patch

patch to World Tournament or SOD 3.3


- Basic Growth, Prices changes, Starting creatures and Range from WORLD TOURNAMENT (WT manual)
- Revised spell power (modification from WORLD TOURNAMENT)
- 2 creatures are nerf : Crusaders, Naga queen
- Necromancy weaker : increased basic growth of skeletons AND decreased damage / increased gold cost of Amplifier form 1000 to 2000

- Haste spell decreased from (+3/+3/+5/+5) to (+3/+3/+3/+3)
- Slow spell decreased from (75%/75%/50%/50%) to (75%/75%/75%/75%)

BASIC GROWTH, PRICES CHANGES, STARTING CREATURES AND RANGE
(WT manual)

CREATURES:

- Castle
Decreased Swordman/Crusaders defense skill from 12 to 11
Decreased Crusaders attack skill from 12 to 9
Decreased Crusaders damage from 7-10 to 6-9

- Conflux
Decreased speed of Phoenix from 21 to 19

- Tower
Decreased Health of Naga / Naga Queen from 110 to 100
Decreased min/max damage of Naga queen from 30 to 25

- Necropolis (BALANCE NECROMANCY)
Increased basic growth of Skeleton/Skeleton Warrior from 12 to 15
Decreased damage from 1-3 to 1-2

SPELLS

Air Magic

Haste decreased from (+3,+3,+5,+5) to (+3,+3,+3,+3)
Hypnotize becomes twice stronger –  SP*50 + (10, 40, 100)
Disrupting Ray removes (5, 7, 9) defense points,
Summon Air Elementals summons SP*(2, 4, 5) elementals.

Earth Magic

Slow decreased from (75%,75%,50%,50%) to (75%,75%,75%,75%)
Earthquake costs 12 spell points (without magic skill)
Implosion damage is equal to SP*60 + (75, 150, 225).

Fire Magic

Fireball damage is equal to  SP*15 + bonus,
Inferno damage is equal to  SP*20 + bonus,
Armageddon damage equal to SP*40 + (30, 60, 120),

Water Magic

Prayer decreased from (+3,+3,+4,+4) to (+3,+3,+3,+3)
Cure strengthens to SP*10 + (10, 30, 50),
Frost Ring damage is equal to SP*15 + bonus, costs 15 spell points (without magic skill),
Summon Water Elementals summons SP*(2, 4, 5) elementals.


BALLIST :

Decreased Health Points of Wall from 2 to 1
Increased Basic/Advanced chance of damage (1 or 2 points ) from (50% or 50%) to (40% or 60%)

Not that you're expecting feedback on this but you guys basically averaged out a bunch of stats and removed some extremes?

And the main emphasis are on level 7 creatures?

And the Castle was considered generally underpowered and got lots of buffs for Archangels?

And Tower overpowered so lots of nerfs for Titans?

What maps do you play?

I make some test with minautors and mage units. I play 30 or 40

level 7th against 180 or 240 units with minautor and try to reduce

strenght of archangel and archdevils. In the same way i balance the

titans against the mages reducing cost of his building. I pick these

strong units (minautors and mages) cause they are efficient.

i did it cause i mainly patched heroes 3 for double attack creatures

and mass spell like haste or slow.



I play balance templates map on game ranger. I m coming back to

heroes 3 and not sure to leave now. I think russian make a good work

with World tournament, and their settings at least basic growth and

prices should be considering.......

Hi,

I reduce the patch. It s only considering WORLD TOURNAMENT modifications.
Also Called SOD patch 3.3....

Some feed back ? Does it change the game to much ?

Each players have differents h3bitmap... It works with hot seat mode but not online. I read nothing about that before, i hope there s a way for opponent to play with the same properties.
