Third Upgrade
I built everything in all my towns, but I can't upgrade my creatures a second time. Is this map-related?

More like game-related  Only H2 features a third upgrade and only for blackies if I remember correctly.

I too didn't understand quite this post, I mean there is alternative upgrades which was brought by TotE, but I never heard of third upgrades, maybe is a mod ?

It must be the alternative upgrades then from TotE, I haven't played it yet.

not one, tons of mods. looks like the guy highly customized his game with lots of mods from here. I wonder if it is simonak.
