It's beta that no one has.
It is lost in 3DO vaults. Only few screenshots exist.
It would be cool to get this staff somehow.

Wow I want that beta so much, the items have better icons and a new female archer. The only weird thing is there is no hero in combat, only the portrait.

Unfortunely, no one in community has it. Maybe it completely lost in 3DO vaults.

With female archer, you mean the unit in the top left corner? It could very well be an older version of the Grand Elf  .
As an aside, Heroes had a lot more Artifact slots on their characters, wow!

OMG I thought he was female xD and yes he is beter than the final version, another thing is the Mage looks different, the Wraith is taller and a beta version of the Swordsman.

I like the items looks, particularly that green helmet and the sand watch (HourGlass)
they look awesome
Edit: also, I find wearing somethin on the shoulders appealing
