Please help me to solve this error :
"ResourceManager::GetSpreadsheed could not find the "text" resource "Zelp.txt"
"Unexpected Program Termination Initialization failed" . It's shown after click WogT1.exe. Sorry for my english.

Wog 3.59 is not supported here, and not even out; you use an exe 8 years old and which didn't make it. Get Era for up to date WoG.
