Much less, because in real life people pay attention to old sayings like "the fool is obstinate, and doubts not".

Corribus, actually both me and Phoenix were kidding and teasing each other. It's all a matter of context.
Herry, it was you who messaged Corribus?

Sorry Corribus, I meant no harm, but honestly I feel like I'm being stalked by Salamandre everywhere I go and maybe he just enjoys teasing me, but it is getting a bit tiresome. I don't feel Revolution have been very nice to me either. So I just showed my teeth a little, sorry if I went over the line. But please Salamandre give me some breathing room, you don't have to talk down to me on every post I make. And I have already explained about Sorcery.

A poll for the worst one would be even more interesting I guess. Though I'm not quite sure what could possibly beat Eagle Eye.

There is no hero with scholar speciality, and I don't see how you would implement it in game anyway.

I guess it could be modified in WOG to exchange the 5th level spells.

What Kicferk means is how to simulate specialty grow with hero levels. There is no way unless you change the scholar feature entirely.

scholar
Scholar is at least partially useful, slightly a bit above Eagle Eye. For you never know when you may teach Town Portal spell, for example.

OK, I admit I never thought about TP, mainly because I never liked scholar, eagle eye, and navigation. To me, these were the crappiest skills ever, so I never took a closer look at what they do. But then again, I only play with the AI, and only after landlocking him and developing my game into many months. In other words I am newbie
But... you are right: being able to learn TP is better than getting a chance to steal a low level spell. As for navigation, yeah the skill is good, but since I never play with water maps...

You should try my map some time. It is an XL map with underground, no Town Portal and Dimension Door and you will need Navigation in that map.

I think that it depends heavily on the map being played. Logistics can have the same effect as Armorer, Resistance, Intelligence and Sorcery combined. Because if you can outrun a more powerful enemy, there is no stronger armor than Logistics, no better resistence than Logistics, no better Intelligence/mana vault, no better sorcery than that. Logistics can be everything at once.
In different situations, if you're a bad player and have a tendency to lose many towns, the enemy has 6 towns and you have got only one left, armorer might be for you, for you need to make a strong defense in the last town you have. (Armorer = Good for people who lose towns)
Then, what if the map is filled up with powerful wizards (Resistance) or what if you have few dwellings and if your units die you absolutely need to raise them again, then you would need Intelligence to have enough mana to use resurrect.

Armorer is not good for people who lose all cities. Logistics is, cause it allows you to get them back.

If you get to a point where almost all cities are lost, armorer couldn't have had any effect to begin with, or very little effect. But in general Logistics is just very useful to have, if you can get to a powerful sword-like artifact and that artifact boosts your attack skill by +12, there is no doubt that Logistics is better than Offense if you get there about 2 turns before the enemy.
But Logistics is not just about that, it's about having the choice to be able to escape situations when you want. If you don't have logistics, you can almost never meet up with an enemy hero and be able to escape, so you lose a lot of freedom. Logistics can be the question about losing or winning a game. If you're faced with a terrible hero with a huge army, you would want to be able to reach the Sanctuary and be safe in there.
I can give one example when Logistics saved my life. I lost all towns, a hero of double the might of my own captured my last town. I used my logistics to walk away from my town into wilderness (safety) away from that hero, when he left the town, I had a few days to capture a town or lose the game, I quickly ran back and re-captured it. Then the hero came back again in one turn, and I had to escape again. I went back and forth many times for a long time, and eventually I took out small parts of his army bit by bit, because he left some of it in the town every time he left.
