just got vcmi and please tell me there is a solution for this
hello HC !
just downloaded vcmi and it looks fun. BUT, whenever i try to navigate the mouse around the edges of the screen to take a look at the map as u know, the mouse seems to lag or freeze!
anyone got this before? it lags for a bit so i have to drag it back and then push in the same direction to make the screen slide with me, sometimes it doesnt even work. its so annoying and it really put me off from playing so far. anyone can help me out on this, please?

alright i see that no one is interested in answering.
i tried era 2 just for the sake of it and i noticed that mouse lag i was talking about earlier is gone. but i cant play with forge or bastion in era 2 right ..
please people make things easier for me and reply lol
two simple qeustions:
1- is the mouse lagging issue known or what ?
2- is it possible to install bastion and forge in era 2 ?
please anyone !!

thanx for responding ! lol
system: windows 7 64 bit
mode: full screen
resolution: my lap res is 1920x1080 but i always play with 800x600
ive found a thread about someone talking about the mouse lag and he was advised to change cpupatch value to 0 in the heroes3.ini.
ive installed vcmi but i cant find the heroes3.ini file 
also, dont forget to tell me about if its possible to install forge and bastion in era 2 lol

CpuPatch=1 indeed caused annoying lag on my mouse, this was a ERA problem but probably VCMI uses CpuPatch also. Before writing a bug report, you should test it. Why not copy your Heroes directory, install ERA and see if you have the same lag ? and if disabling CPUpatch fixes it.

im not having this problem in ERA, i only have the lag in VCMI and i cant find fine any ini file after installing the VCMI, any tips ?
