Is is possible to hook events, like change day?

Greetings,

I'm curious about the modding possibility of a few things.

I want to make something that might seem a bit silly. But I want to implement heroes into a webpage. This is done easily with code that's close to https://github.com/kevin-roark/socket.io-computer

Now the NodeJS part is easy and not really a problem for me the problem is hooking into the game logic.

As an example I want:

- To know when the day is over for a player. So that I can change who can see and control the game.
- Know when a battle is between two players, and their names. So that I can give them access to control on each turn. I would need to know what player turn it is.

I guess it's possible, but how much work would it take? And where should I start?

Another possibility for me is to spin up a client for each player and play with LAN. But that takes a lot more resources, and I guess it's hard to code as well, as I need to hook some things as well.

Thanks for your time!
