Magic Resistance Has Problem with Death Ripple and Destroy Undead

When the creature gains the experience ability Magic Resistance, the creature becomes susceptible to both Death Ripple and Destroy Undead.

For example, if an undead gets 20% magic resistance EA, then it is no longer 100% immune to death ripple.

Is this going to be fixed?
