Dependency editing

Is it possible to add conditional dependency for hero skill perks?

I can change the dependency order for perks by editting Skills.xdb but want I want to do is the following:

Perk C requires Perk B1 or B2 or B3, not B1+B2+B3

i don't think it's possible to add multiple conditions for a perk, i have mine modded so that as long as you have the base skill any of the corresponding perks have a chance to show up well as long as you are the appropriate faction.

Thanks for the quick response. I made a T3 perk into a basic one following your advice, not what I intended but it achieves the same effect.

Another question, is it possible to make a perk work with another primary skill? I changed it in Skill.xdb but it seems to have no effect. I wanted to make Stronghold's Attack perk Stunning Blow a perk in Destructive Magic.

Your 1st question is not possible your 2nd question is, check the skills.xdb from MMH55 in MMH55-Data.pak to see how it is done.
