How Do I Change Hero Portraits
Hey, sorry if this has already been asked a million times by now (considering the game's already been out a decade), but I'm wondering if someone can can give me detailed instructions on how to change the Hero Portraits.
I'm aware that some people already made a Tutorial or two here, but I'm afraid all the Image Links have already been broken by now.
Also, is it possible to add new Heroes in-game or edit the already existing ones? Like changing Vladimir's Portrait/Bio/Stats/Starting Skills/Starting Armies? Thanks.

Yes, it's possible to change them.
Look up: Modding Wiki for help.
Easy way is to edit existing mod someone has made already, then you get a clue how the modification is put together. There are some working links aim sure. Sanctuary mod for one, has many things edited. Search the place you want make your adjustments within the mod, then making your own mod. It's not very difficult to surf in those datapacks the game has. Read modders workshop and modding for dummies for start.
