Thanks for your reports. I looked into it and found that the issue is caused by the email notification system which seems to be unable to cope with certain large threads.
The e-mail notification system is still in its ancient state as I've never rewritten that part of the code. So for now I've disabled the e-mail notification system for the "You're New? Come here first!" and "~ QUESTIONS Topic and FAQ - Modders Workshop ~" threads.
One day I might go through the code and fix it properly but for now I can just disable it for problematic threads. So if you get the Internal Server Error Code 500 when replying to any other threads, report it here.
