As Necromancers have been my go-to heroes these days, Necklace of Swiftness has become a must for speeding up my skeleton army... though I usually discard it once I'm able to scrounge up an Amulet of the Undertaker.
Otherwise, Pendant of Courage is my preferred necklace for other hero-types.

Looks like im the only one who likes +5% resistance. numbers add up. Boots of porarity + necklace + cape = 30% + 20% resistance + specialty = win.
I put the sea necklace in backPack. the courage one is also good (but since I knew everyone would vote for her I voted for my other favourite one  )

Only on paper. Celestial Necklace, like garniture of interference, never made me win a battle by itself, while pendant of negativity -life saver when facing faeries, Necklace of swiftness -no need to explain why +1 to speed can change the outcome, Pendant of courage - high moral rocks, Pendant of sight -actually a hate artifact when AI but also can save you a lot, potentially can outclass odds in specific battles. Of course I speak about human/AI battles, multiplayer has so many restrictions that only stats can make a difference, they killed the fun.

Here's the thing... Normally, Celestial Necklace of Bliss can't be beaten, but... since I end up with all artifacts in the game anyway, I use Necklace of Swiftness while clearing the map and only before the final battle I swap it with Angelic Alliance / Celestial Necklace of Bliss.
Sorry for this small rant, but it's an indirect way of telling that I'm having a helluva time deciding which necklace is best 
I think I've voted with Necklace of Swiftness, though...
