Does Salamandre or anyone have a Wog mod that implements certain features of [url=http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=37247&pagenumber=1]this map[/url] into a normal/random game?

Features such as: Army upgrade/training, Magic schools upgrades, Army stats management?
