Hello. I want to make some little renovation in our old house. Can you explain me about estimation? How should I count materials, time and other things?

I think house renovation is good idea, really. In my opinion of course better will be to hire workers, if you have such possibility. I also have a house and I want to make landscape project, nowadays it is very simple. Good luck! Renovation an old house is not so easy task, I started mine a few months ago.
