Movement Guide

Hey guys,

I created a video about movement.
There are many stuff mentioned and described.
It's quite detailed and I think it deserves a watch.
Any tips, feedback is appreciated.

Thanks.

Hey, thank you very much!

I checked the guide you posted. I am quite surprised there are a few stuff which I missed but whether that guide is better than mine is up to the community to decide!

I have a few more guides in my channel ( morale guide, luck guide, arrow towers guide and so on) and I will keep posting such guides from time to time.

I am already working on navigation movement now!

A good video with very good animations, I have a few corrections / additions though:

-In normal Heroes 3, you cannot see the amount of movement points a hero has at the bottom; these are additions by HD Mod/HotA

-Fighting DOES in fact consume movement points, it is just that most times, stepping next to a creature already initiates that fight. Try it yourself and place a hero next to a creature in the map editor - upon entering the fight, normal movement cost will be deducted.
-Digging for the grail: could use more information here: in fact, only the CURRENT maximum movement is required to dig. So if you were to start your turn with Archangels, then stepped 5 steps on grassland and then got Peasants in your army, you could in fact still dig for the grail.
-Having neutral creatures in your first army slot does not negate the native creature movement bonus if the rest of the army is native to the terrain. (might not apply to HoTA, I only play SoD)
-If movement remaining is less than is needed for a diagonal step, but enough is had for a straight step, you can make a diagonal step (the actual conditions are a bit more intricate, I recommend checking around here for it)

If you need more information for future videos, feel free to message me.

Hey, Dude. My brother and I watched your video. It's great!
There is much stuff mentioned and described.
It's quite detailed. Can I share this to share with my friends? They're playing basketball on a cement floor in front of our house.
